Your new PMB (Personal Mail Box) number will be assigned to you after all required documents are received and verified.
We will review your application for completeness and accuracy. Please email the following documents to Americas.Mailbox@gmail.com
- Three page Mail Service Agreement, making sure each adult signs the member line.
- Postal Form 1583 signed on both lines 5 and 16 by all adults.
- Two clear readable IDs per person. One must be a picture ID.
- Suggested ID Choices: drivers license, passport, vehicle or health insurance card, library card, club card such as Sam’s club or CostCo, vehicle registration, or military ID. These documents can NOT be used with the 1583: social security cards, canceled checks, debit or credit cards, birth certificate.
- Please note that all signatures must be handwritten. Please be aware that until we receive these papers, your website will be in unverified status. This means that you will not have access to your account. However, we will accept any mail that may arrive for you.

When corresponding via email, please include your PMB #, your last name, and the subject matter this will differentiate the important mail from the spam mail in our inbox. It also helps us to know exactly who we are communicating with.
